The Ring of Bravery

These rings are thick, massive, silver rings. They are marked with the symbol of King Ferran Shadowborn of Avonleigh. The rings will change size to fit anyone who tries to wear them. They are more than simple rings though, it is rumored that the only way to obtain one of the rings is by performing a special task for the king himself, and therefore they are the symbol of ultimate bravery. In addition to being tokens from a mighty king the rings are powerful magical items, enchanted by a mighty wizard long ago. If you ever see an adventurer wearing one of these rings, respect him, for he has helped those in need and done great things.

Silver Maul of the Cloud Giants

This maul is the personal weapon of the great cloud giant king, King Romeius. Whenever something is threatening the Cloud Castle, Romeius stands ready with this maul in his huge hands. The Maul is an awesome sight to behold...It is extremely heavy, therefore only useable by people of great strength. The whole maul is coated with a thick layer of pure silver. It is rumored that this maul was once given to King Romeius by the mighty cloud dragon, Smirnug as a token of the dragons gratitude. A single blow from this enormous maul can crush the skull of even dragons.

Wand of Orcus

Past the gates of the abyss and down the staircase of night lies the Skeleton Palace of Orcus. Orcus sits atop his bloodstone throne with his obsidian rod in hand, watching over his palace as weary plane travelers try their best to aqquire his hidden treasures. The Wand of Orcus, an obsidian rod with a skull on top, is said by some to be the most powerful weapon in all of Shadowdale, but is also said to have been cursed over the years. Are you able to accept the curse, just to gain the power?

Robe of Scintillating Colours

This robe is fabricated in all the colours of the rainbow. It fits the person who tries to wear it, no matter what type of race he or she might belong to. Mostly it is worn by wizards of great power, but other powerful men and women have been seen in the robe as well. The robe itself was made a long time ago by a greater god. But quickly got possesed by the Grandmaster of Magic himself. The robe is rumored to benefit the user with a rare power.

Sword of the Gypsies

The Sword of the Gypsies is one of the most evil swords that any adventurer could ever retrieve. The blade itself was crafted in the heavens and then blessed by the most powerful mages in the realms, somewhere along the line of history it was corrupted by great evil. The sword is known to be sharp as a razor blade and light as a sabre, but still able to inflict serious wounds upon whomever it strikes. The sword also bestows a curse upon its target if a hit is succesful. This beautiful and powerful sword was lost for many years but recenty it was re-discovered by some brave adventurers.

This sword is made of pure evil and hatred. It was created by the Count himself as a bane against all the good people who dared enter his castle. Rumor has it that this sword is able to detect wether or not its victims are creatures of light. If the victim is good, the last thing they will see is the sharp edge of this mighty sword. This and the Shield of the Ancients are Strahd's two most valuable possesions.

Shield of the Ancients

Strahd was granted this shield a long time ago to aid him in his attempt to rule Ravenloft. It is said that the shield was made in ancient times by Celestian himself. Strahd likes this artifact so much that it will be a really difficult task to find it, and if ever found, Strahd will do anything in his power to prevent the loss. Stealing from a darklord of Ravenloft is not the best idea...especially not when the darklord is the vampire lord Count Strahd Von Zarovich.

Orb of Illumini

Little is known about this special orb. In ancient books it is written that it posseses awesome powers but which, and where to find the orb is unknown. Are you the one who will retrieve this ancient artifact?

Soulharvester

This scythe was made in the lower planes of hell. It glows a faint blue when wielded and will claim the soul of its victims. When an enemy is struck, cold radiates from the scythe and a horrible coldray shoots forth, chilling the victim. An old wizard is rumored to own this powerful weapon now. His name and whereabouts are unknown to most.

Blackknife

This knife is made out of pure dark metal. It was created in the forges of hell, enchanted by the mighty Nightfall and given to Prince Ramiel, Lord of the Unseen. Prince Ramiel now dwells in his keep just waiting to put the dagger in the back of the next fool who dare enter his keep. Not many have been stabbed by the dagger and lived to tell the tale.

Crested Shield of Caderra

This shield was created by the mighty goddess Uma. It is very well hidden so that only the most mighty adventurers has a slim chance to find it. The shield itself is rumored to be the most powerful shield in the realms. It is said that Uma herself has many of these shields and that she enjoys eating them!

Staff of Thunder and Lightning

This is the staff that all druids seek. It is a long gnarled staff with strange golden runes inscriped upon it. It is known to call upon the elements of air and throw fierce lightning bolts at is opponent.When lightning strikes from a clear sky, it is very likely that nearby a druid is using this extremely potent weapon.

Divine Cloak of Protection

The cloak is a very rare item in the realms of Shadowdale.It is said to give the wearer a divine protection, like the name implies.Only those of pure heart are able to wear the cloak and receive the gods protection. A strong magic radiates from the cloak, and those taught in the arts of magic will quick learn that the cloak is a very powerful artifact.

Black mace

This mace is made from black metal and enchanted with the powers of evil. When hit the victim will see big, bleeding wounds open on their body. Rumor has it that this weapon was wielded by Bane himself before he was banished from his immortalhood. The mace will only serve those who belive in evil and follow the dark path.

Holy Avenger

What is a paladin without his holy sword. These swords are very rare and will only be found in the hands of a true Paladin. These weapons are so potent, that most evil creatures will flee in panic upon the mere sight of it. A sword of this magnitude, wielded by a warrior in shining platemail, is surely an awesome sight to behold.
